By accessing or using StatRival ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. StatRival is a public website that does not require registration; by visiting, you accept these terms.

StatRival is a free, public, anonymous global visitor analytics platform. The Service displays aggregated, non-personal statistics about website visitors including country distribution, browser usage, operating system distribution, and device types. All data is public and visible to all visitors.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to artificially inflate visitor counts through automated scripts, bots, or repeated visits.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the anti-cheat system, including rate limiting and bot detection.
• Use the Service to conduct any form of attack, including DDoS, injection, or scraping at scale.
• Misrepresent StatRival data or claim it as your own proprietary analytics.
• Use VPNs or proxies specifically to manipulate geographic statistics.

StatRival employs anti-cheat measures to maintain data integrity:

• Rate Limiting: The same IP address can only be counted once every 30 minutes.
• Bot Detection: Known bots, crawlers, and headless browsers are automatically blocked.
• VPN/Proxy Flagging: Visits from VPNs, proxies, and datacenter IPs are marked as "unverified".

Attempting to bypass these measures may result in your visits being permanently excluded.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. StatRival does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any statistics displayed. The Service may experience downtime, data loss, or inaccuracies.

In no event shall StatRival or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

StatRival may display third-party advertisements through Google Ads. These ads are served by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. Revenue from ads helps support the continued operation of the Service.

StatRival reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
